The Radiant City is a National Film Board of Canada film released in 2006 at the Toronto Film Festival, about suburban sprawl and the fictional Moss family who live in the suburbs. Building upon last year's inaugural Summit, the U.S. Green Building Council-North Texas Chapter and the HBA of Greater Dallas have expanded this event to include a full day of in-depth building science education. Sessions will focus on all facets of new and existing residential and commercial construction.
